Greetings from all of us at SOLA—Appalachian Christian Retreat!

As I think of many of you reading this during the chilly days of December, I hope this letter finds you sitting by the fire reading with a cup of decent coffee. At Sola, we send you our warmest Christmas greetings, thanking all who have prayed for us and supported us in various ways in the year almost entirely gone by. As I reflect on this year I can only think of God’s goodness throughout; a goodness we scarcely deserve. I thank Him for the many opportunities to invite hikers to church, prayer meetings, Bible studies, and hymn sings. We are also thankful for the great encouragement it has been this year in the ministry when the call is heard and attendance results. Thank you for your faithful prayers and support for us in the last year. May you grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
