We recently celebrated Zayin’s graduation from college and Titus’s graduation from Fire Academy! (see photo) We rejoice with them over these accomplishments. This summer, we’re looking forward to some new and exciting developments in the ministry here in Brazil. Noah Nelson has joined us as our first international missionary intern. He’ll be with us for over a month, learning about missions and serving in a variety of ways throughout the project. We’re also excited to welcome our first North American student, Caleb, who has chosen to spend a full year in Brazil to study technology, theology, and Portuguese. Both of these young men will also help fill a long-standing need—an English teacher for our Brazilian students—which is a real answer to prayer. Please pray that Noah and Caleb will be used by the Lord and grow in their faith and calling during their time here. We’re also preparing for our annual English camp, always a highlight of the year, and are working hard to get everything ready. Finally, we’re hoping to add much-needed bathroom facilities to the men’s dormitory, which would be a great blessing if the Lord allows us to do this before English camp.
