Soli Deo Gloria Project in Aldeia, Brazil
the Missions Banner, December/January 2025
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
As we come to the close of this year, we look back on a world shaken by uncertainties—In the face of such epic struggles that surround us, it would be easy to feel overwhelmed. Yet we take refuge in the unshakable truth that our God reigns. He calls us not to fear, but to faithfulness.
It is important to remember that our King is not only sovereign, but also Emmanuel—God with us—bringing salvation and hope to a world desperate for truth. As another year comes to a close, I pray that we all can stand-fast in the great hope that lies in the promises of our almighty and risen King.
This has also been an amazing year of ministry and visible advances on the project grounds. A new dormitory—now with air conditioning—was completed, making the space far more welcoming for God’s people. At year’s end, we also began using the new Café SDG. Though not yet finished, it is already a beautiful place of fellowship, and Leah and the team are eager to begin serving from this new location.
Thank you, dear friends, for your prayers, fellowship, and generosity. God continues to do miracles through you all. As we look toward 2026, we anticipate a full year of service with new evangelistic outreaches—from the international soccer camp to a new young adult event focused on unity around the truth of Scripture.
Thank you for being faithful prayer warriors. Pray that we may labor boldly and continue to “disciple the nations” with you for His glory.
With gratitude and love,
Doug, Leah, Darius, Zayin, Titus, Solomon, Lukas, Roman, Silas
